Located off Malvern Road close to beautiful boutique stores, cafe's and restaurants. Five minute walk to Chapel Street (Commercial Road and Chapel Street). Close to trams (72) and trains (Toorak Station).

The room has a double bed and a closet, the flat itself is furnished with basic goods (fridge, plates, television etc) but no furniture, just a couple of bean bags, it's completely liveable and has space for furniture should you need to bring any over.

Rent is paid on a monthly basis, but is can be changed if you prefer to pay weekly or fortnightly. And, will need two weeks notice to leave when you decide to vacate.
Couples and friends are welcome, but if you're two friends it's only a double bed in the room, unfortunately we cannot put two singles in there.

Rent:
Single - $190 p/w ($760 pcm)
Couple/Two Friends - $125 each p/w ($700 pcm)
Bond:
The bond is two weeks rent which will be reimbursed to you when you leave as long as no goods, or the apartment were not damaged.
