Hi

I am going overseas for a month. The dates given are not exact, but are within a day or two.

The rent has been assessed at $380, but as I want reliable tenants for that time, so I am happy with $300.

Three adults will be a maximum, unless you have 2 children, then 2 adults and 2 children would work. The second bedroom has a bunk. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The house includes all the usual features - kitchen things, dishwaster, as well as dryer and washing machine. It is a very quiet block.

Shops are right outside, with a great coffee shop run by Italians. There is a park, with 2 ovals and children's play equipment.

Patterson station is 300m away.

Remote car parking underneath the building.

If you are travelling or do not have a car, I will consider renting you the car for a very low rate, as long as you sign a form that you will pay the excess in the event of an accident.

All in all, I think it is a great deal (well, of course I would!).

It would suit a couple as well as a young family.

I will only rent it for the entire month to one group of people/couple. Also you will need to pay in full up front. For the apartment alone that cost will be around $1200 - $1300 and the money will need to be in my bank account before I leave.

Sorry I cannot be firmer about the dates, as my flights are not yet confirmed.
