The entire house has been freshly painted. The carpet is a little old but just been shampooed. The rooms each measure 2470 x 2950.

The house has 2 separate living ares and is very well maintained. Air conditioning and central gas heating throughout.

I'm moving in on the 28th August so the rooms will be available after that.

There's a Bus stop within 3 minutes walk. Short drive to Monash University, Karingal Shopping centre, Frankston Shopping centre and Frankston Hospital. 10 minutes walk to John Paul college. 10 minute walk to the Bowls club and Peninsula Golf course.

Rent to be paid 2 weeks in advance with 2 weeks rent as bond.

Your room is unfurnished but I'm prepared to furnish for longer term lease agreements, especially student accommodation.

I can provide meals at a negotiated rate if required, as I cook most nights, but definitely not to special diets or fussy eaters.

Housework is to be shared in common areas. Other services such as linen, laundry etc. may be available on request.

Please, only students, employed people or people with a secure income.

No Smoking inside the house. Bills to be split 30% to each rented room unless two rooms are taken together.
