Our client has several contract requirements for Accounts Payable.

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients for an Accounts Payable role. Paying anything between $22-$25 per hr depending on experience.

Important responsibilities include:
Preparation of bank reconciliations.
Preparation of month end reconciliations to General Ledger.
Maintenance of subsidiary ledgers for debtors and creditors.
Processing credit card payments.
Assistance with year end account preparation and audit tasks.
Responding promptly to account queries of AVA members and staff.

You should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and possess the following skills and abilities:

Customer service focus and good interpersonal skills.
High level skills in numeracy, accuracy and financial analysis in your areas of responsibility.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Good Excel skills.
