Our client, a large retail company, is currently searching for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Analyst with extensive HR systems support background to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.



DUTIES REQUIRED :


* Support focused role, supporting interfaces between SAP HR and various HR-related applications
* Problem resolution coordination, including internal and external skill groups
* Execute and/or coordinate various testing activities
* Detailed requirements gathering for small tasks and initiatives
* Process mapping and improvement

SKILLS :


* Prior experience with supporting business applications
* Understanding of the SDLC
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Solid Data Analysis skills
* Strong documentation skills
* Time Management and negotiation skills.

This is an excellent contract for a proven IT professional with the above skills and experiences.
