Great opportunity for experienced IT Services Manager to join highly successful dynamic organisation and take responsibility for strategic and operational management of IT Services. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

* Management and monitoring of IT systems for internal and external customers - 5,000+ users
* Development of high quality processes to enable effective and efficient service delivery
* Managing and building high performance team
* Management of Data requirements, data centre, back up and DR
* Release management and planning
* DR and Business continuity planning
* Change Management
* Budget and Resource Management
* Vendor Management

To be successful for the role you would need to have the following skills and experience:

* Previous Infrastructure and Production Support Management experience at large organisations (5,000+ users)
* Expertise in Disaster Recovery Planning and Business Continuity in enterprise on-line environment
* Previous experience managing large Data Centre Operations and service oriented team
* Current and previous experience in ITIL and/or COBIT in IT operational environment
* Previous experience implementing and managing cultural change and improvement programs
* Good Project Management and Service Delivery exposure
* Successful track record in managing and building high performance teams
* IT Assets and budget management experience
* Strategy planning and implementation
* Strong customer focus,
* Outstanding communication skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT and Management
