Kresta Curtains and Blinds have an exciting opportunity for highly driven and ambitious Showroom Consultants to join our dynamic sales team at our ROWVILLE, HOPPERS CROSSING, and GREENSBOROUGH Showrooms.
The position would suit candidates with previous retail sales and/or showroom sales experience and are seeking a new and exciting challenge!
Daily duties would include:
· Gaining business from new and existing customers
· Ensuring that you provide high level customer service and presentation
· Maintain a high level of product knowledge with ongoing training and full support
· High level negotiation skills to fully communicate to our customers
· Interpret the customers objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes
· Following up with new customer leads and administration duties
Criteria:
· a current and valid drivers license
· Good Computer skills
· Excellent phone manner
· professional customer service skills
· exceptional communication skills
Ideally you will have previous sales experience in the retail sales industry.
