The ideal candidate will currently be in a Store Management position, of preferable a large store. You will need to be able to demonstrate an eye for detail, excellent visual merchandising skills, refined organisational skills and a passion for delivering the best customer service to your customers time and time again.


The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following


* Proven experience in managing a large team
* The ability to handle high volumes of stock
* A eye for detail, and superior visual merchandising skills
* Experience in developing rosters including for costings and labour forecasts
* The ability to inspire, lead and mentor your team
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* The ability to read a p&l statement
* Proven examples of delivering sales growth
* A positive attitude
* A true love of retail and fashion
* The ability to performance manage team members
* Effective selling skills and the ability to identify sales opportunities
