THE ROLE
We are currently seeking an adaptable and enthusiastic individual for an immediate start to join our team on a casual basis for 38 hours per week. Sunday - Thursday nights from 10.00 pm to 6.10 am, $23.21/hr.

The successful candidate will have:

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Norwegian or Danish
* Excellent phone manner
* Computer literacy, in particular internet and email savvy
* Problem solving skills
* An ability to work to tight deadlines
* A hard working and dedicated approach
* Prior Customer service/sales/administration experience

Responsibilities may include:
Calling registered mystery shoppers in Europe to allocate assignments, quality check through online surveys and handling both shopper and client email enquiries

Would ideally suit an Australian resident, permanent resident, WHV or student visa holder.
