A fabulous opportunity exists to work in this friendly team environment with a strong Mission and Values Policy. We are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable and experienced Administration and Marketing Assistant to work in the Mulgrave office of our global organisation.

Responsibilities are varied and include administration, basic accounting, sales assistance and marketing.

To be considered for this role you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and have excellent computer skills and a positive attitude.

It will be beneficial if you have the following skills and experience:

Prior work experience in accounting and administration
Knowledge of various computer software packages inc. Microsoft Office, SAP, CRM and Adobe Suite (not essential as training will be provided)
Flexible, organised, strong attention to detail and ability to work unassisted
Reliable and committed, with good work ethics
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Daily tasks will include but not be limited to;

Collating daily reports
Assisting the Accountant with general Accounting duties, inc. Receivables and Payables
Co-ordinating transactions and data on SAP ready for end of month reporting by Accountant
Data entry, banking, monthly reconciliations
Ensuring all reporting systems and online files are accurate and up to date
General administration support for all staff including answering phones
Ordering stationery
Liaising with customers and suppliers
Customer service
General office duties
Customer database management
Collating, processing and filing documents
Assistance and co-ordination of marketing activities
Creating and sending regular marketing information
