I Require a Reliable house cleaner to provide a once only moving out/end of lease clean for Tiny 1 bedroom flat in Northcote (3070), August 28th 2pm .You would need to use your own equipment and products. (I have none) All the obvious cleaning to be completed. Looking for a professional with the work ethic if they see something that needs to be done they do it.Estimated time to complete the job is 3 hours or less and the Price is FIXED for whole job at $60 So needs to be completed within this time frame. that’s 20 per hour even if completed in less time!· Again the place is small, kitchen and living are combined and there’s a bedroom with ensuite bathroom..
