Experienced and enthusiastic office administrator and data entry superstar required for a fast-paced property maintenance services business in Hawthorn.You must be highly organised and have excellent computer skills. You must be able to work with speed and confidence on Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and be able to demonstrate this in your application. Experience with Microsoft Access will be highly regarded but not essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills a must!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Managing a high volume of emails and faxes
- Data entry
- Database management
- Calendar and diary management for up to 10 people
- Paperwork management and filing
- General office administration
We will only consider applicants who meet the following requirements:
- You MUST be a permanent resident in Australia
- You MUST speak and write in English fluently
- You are able to commit to a 12 month contract
