As a result of company growth an opportunity has recently been created for a 1st or 2nd year Apprentice Painter and Decorator to join our expanding and exciting company. Located in and around Melbourne CBD you will be working on many large and well known commercial sites.
The applicant will be required to possess the following attributes to be considered.
· Physically fit with the ability to work at varying heights.
· Good sense of balance.
· Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with External and Internal customers.
· Good hand-eye coordination. Normal Colour vision.
· Enjoy practical work with an attention to detail.
· Pleasant and helpful disposition with the ability to work under pressure to meet customer expectations.
· Access, calculate various job specifications and accurately and on time deliver required outcomes.
· Advise customers of any service delays and or any changes in ordinary scope of work.
· Ability to hold a current Victorian drivers licence.
· Support team members along with clients and customers.
· Problem solving and ownership.
· Ability to comply with Industrial Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities Standard.
· Ability to meet Industrial Service Standards.
