A CAD designer is required who has and regularly uses Punch! Home and Landscaping software (nextGen).
You will be required to build scale Home and Land Block concepts from photos, measurements, sketches, to an 80% capacity leaving the landscaping for me to do.
You will be required to build architectural features not on the punch software library from photos and sketches, ie: Water features and Garden Edging.

I have an large amount of work coming through and need to outsource work. Pay will be per project. You will need to send me through some examples of your work to before you are picked as the successful applicant (s).
