2 Years ago our first shop front was opened and we are now busy enough to need an additional technician on the team.



Job Description


This is an all rounder position. The core of the position is in store technical support, Customer Service and on-site

technical support.


As this is a retail shop, internet Kiosk, repair centre, and company office all rolled into one. Your

role within the IT sector will be extremely varied.



Position Details


There will be a 1 month trial period before a permanent contract will be written up.



Requirements


Candidates for this position will ideally be IT all rounders.


Great with hardware and fault finding

Great with Software fault finding

Can work with Windows, Mac and Linux

Basics in Electronics

Good understanding of Networks and Network Technologies



Qualifications


Must have Qualifications in Computer Systems and/or IT

Qualifications in Electronics also favoured


This position would be good for graduates and those looking to further their IT career.
