Paraplanner with 1-2 years experience in para-planning (particularly with COIN) is required for a leading company in Richmond.
The successful applicant will attend client meetings and help co-ordinate the team’s follow-up with clients, staff, para-planners, fund managers, insurers and other service providers. There will likely be some SoA co-ordination, and/or writing. You’ll be required to apply pressure where feet-dragging is an issue. You’ll fiercely protect clients’ best interests with product providers. And gently coerce clients in the right direction.

This role would suit someone with reasonable or strong technical and administrative financial planning knowledge and who believes they’re ready to learn about what you need to do next.
Requirements
· Para-planning experience a considerable advantage
· Knowledge of insurance and underwriting processes
· Knowledge of Coin
· Completed or nearly completed DFP or ADFP
· Advising experience not essential (but viewed favourably). Would suit someone looking to continue their path to becoming an adviser
· Previous experience in financial planning client-facing roles essential
