Client Service / Financial Planning Assistant
This well established financial planning and accounting business located in Box Hill focuses on providing specialist advice on self managed superannuation, aged care, Centrelink age pensions and risk insurance.
This is a great opportunity to work with a respected advisor in both a client facing and phone based role.

Some of your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• First point of contact for clients in relation to financial planning matters
• Schedule appointments with clients
• Ensure all investment and insurance applications are processed in a timely manner
• Resolve simple/moderately complex queries from clients (depending on experience and qualifications)
• Attend to client's Centrelink correspondence
• Written and verbal communication to clients

Ideally, the role will suit someone who has para-planning experience or who is progressing down this path.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience preferably within a financial planning environment.
This role would ideally suit applicants who are RG146 qualified.
