I'm a full time high school teacher (Female, 43 yrs) with a cat and I need a house within 20 mins south from South Morang (where I work). I'm looking for a house with a backyard bungalow for my friend (Male, 33 yrs) to rent. He also has a cat.
I have good real estate references and will agree to auto bank transfer if you wish. My friend and I need somewhere quiet away from traffic. We would prefer rent between $300 and $350 per week. I have a lawn mower and enjoy gardening and will make sure the yard is well kept. I will need room for a caravan to be parked in the yard - this will not be inhabited - it is a Arts work project.
I am seeking a perminent home, and wish to remain in the residence for at least 5 years.
