Hi,

One of my housemates is moving overseas for good, and because of that we have a single room up for rent, available now.

It is a 2 bedroom unit with separate bathroom, large spacious kitchen (with gas cooking, ample cupboards and all kitchen amenities), Wi-fi internet, landline phone, intercom facility with the main door downstairs. Peaceful, quiet and secure location. Bus from the doorstep takes to Chadstone Shopping Centre and Elsternwick as well.

The room can easily fit a queen size bed and a study table. (i have a spare single mattress u can use if u don't want to carry yours or don't have one). The room is bright and airy with a large window and a big wardrobe.

We are in our 20s, working and studying, very easy-going, peace lovers and love to make friends. Would prefer someone with the same nature.

The rent is $120 a week for a single person, and if u wanna share the room with a friend, its $80 a week, plus bills. Bond is one month's rent.
