Hi!Im going to the Gold Coast for my mid semester break and wanting to rent out my room while I'm gone. Backpackers and couples are welcome! It's in Elwood, very close to the beach, 10 minute walk to Elsternwick station. I live with two guys (23 & 25) who are pretty awesome. I am the only female in the house so I would prefer other females to even things out but anyone is welcome! Rent included everything (internet,water,gas) Own linen is also preferred but if not we have enough spare sets here.
