I'm looking for 2 people that can take over my contract which will start on 1st September 2010. The contract will be due on 6th January 2011. After the contract is over, you can still continue to rent it, if you like. It is a student accommodation (Unilodge on Lonsdale). The room is fully furnished and the payment rent is $580/week (include gas, water & electricity). The location is very strategic, it is only 10 minutes walk to Melbourne Central, QV Shopping Complex, Woolworth, Chinatown and it is also just beside the Parliament train station and free city circle tram.
