VERMONT – room for rent.Looking for a housemate to share a 3 bedroom townhouse in Vermont (eastern suburbs) for approximately 6 months.
You would be living with only one other house mate, a single 30 year old professional female, who works in the city so is out all day and out most of the weekend.
Your room is the master bedroom with its own balcony and with space for any sized bed and extra (e.g. would easily fit desk, chest of drawers, book case etc.), ample wardrobe (4 door built in robe) and ceiling fan. All bedrooms are upstairs away from the living area. One bathroom but 2 separate toilets. Preference is for someone looking for a furnished bedroom but can work either way.
The house is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, heated living-room, tv, dvd, stereo etc, and has a backyard big enough for entertaining. There is also free access to swimming pool, tennis courts, sauna and common room with table tennis and pool table. The house is in a great spot, in a quiet area near the corner of Canterbury Road and Mitcham Road (buses 736, 738 and 765 all within about 1 min walk, Mitcham train station also walking distance, plus not far from Eastlink or the Eatern Fwy).
No smokers or pets. All utilities divided equally. Rent is $165 a week ($700 per month). Room is available from any time during June.
