We've got 1 spacious room with BIR available in a 4 bedroom house in Brunswick west. There's three of us at the moment, two guys 25 engineers, and one girl, 24. We're looking for a mature, laid back, responsible, and sociable person who is considerate, clean and doesn't mind hanging out with their housemates occasionally.

The house has a huuuge backyard, the room is nice and spacious with BIR (built in wardrobe), and it's very affordable given the great location and house.

The house is in Brunswick West, only 25-30 min to the city, and the tram stop is a 30 second walk from the house.
